Plant Sale This Weekend

The South Carolina Botanical Garden's Spring Plant Sale is this weekend!

Don't miss this great opportunity to find the best plants for gardens in the area. Not only will you have the chance to talk to Master Gardeners of the Foothills and SCBG Volunteers and staff members on plant selection and the care of your plants, but all proceeds benefit the South Carolina Botanical Garden! This is our biggest entrepreneurial effort all year and supports our equipment and facilities needs, propagation and garden development, and it is our biggest chance to educate gardeners like you in the community.

The sale features ornamental trees and shrubs ideally suited for landscapes in the area. Plants are chosen to be hardy and grow well here, and are hand-picked by Garden staff for being unique, interesting and well-suited for Zone 7 environments. We also features many native plants. Also on sale, you'll find herb transplants, orchids and daylilys offered by garden clubs and outreach programs affiliated with the SCBG.
